Cancellation Policy

Please make sure to check your calendar before enrolling in a class. Class fees are non-refundable. We do not give refunds for missed class.

If you need to cancel, you may receive class credit if you notify us via email at least 24 hours before the start of your class. This class credit can be used for a future class or private lesson.

If you need to cancel, but you notify us less than 24 hours before the start of your class, this means you forfeit your class fees and you will not receive class credit or a refund.

There are no make-up classes for any classes missed. If you miss the first class in a series, you may not be able to continue with the series without first scheduling a private lesson for an additional fee to get caught up. Please note that Private Lessons are not always available depending on the instructor’s schedule.

If Lockstitch & Lustre has to cancel a class, we will reschedule with you. If we are not able to reschedule, you may receive class credit or a refund.
